This development of new offices in Richmond was proposed to replace an existing 1970’s structure which previously occupied the site within this affluent in South West London. The design of the new offices set a benchmark for the quality and environmental credentials of commercial buildings throughout Richmond.

The building is set in a conservation area and in close vicinity to several buildings of historical interest. The designs are sympathetic to the context of the area and incorporated a mix of brick and glass, reflecting on the scale and materiality of the adjacent terraced houses.

The scheme was designed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard, incorporating passive design features as well as air source heat pumps and photo voltaic cells.
