An exciting new retail destination is a core part of the new South Marina development at Nanny Cay Marina. Designed to capture the essence of island living with a modern design approach, this vibrant village is set against the stunning backdrop of the marina's shimmering waters and majestic sailing yachts, creating a picturesque setting for visitors to explore.

The village will comprise of eight retail units of approx. 400 sqft, providing a range of boutique shops and lifestyle outlets, each offering a unique selection of high-quality goods. From stylish beachwear and handcrafted jewellery to nautical gear and eco-friendly souvenirs, the Retail Village will provide a thoughtfully curated shopping experience that celebrates the local culture and crafts while catering to the needs of visiting sailors, tourists, and residents alike.

Architecturally, the village reflects contemporary Caribbean design with open-air walkways, and tropical landscaping, with plenty of shaded seating areas which invite visitors to relax and take in the views. Large roof overhangs and pivoting solar shading will also be used to assist with natural cooling and enhance airflow through the units.

In addition to its retail offerings, the Village will also incorporate a selection of cafés, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink while overlooking the marina.

Visitors can also take advantage of the services offered by the marina’s facilities, including yacht charters and watersports rentals, making the Nanny Cay Retail Village not only a retail hub but also an integral part of the marina’s broader experience.
