Cullerton’s is a newly launched property consultancy and estate agency located in St Stephen Street, a ‘street of special interest’ within Edinburgh’s Stockbridge Conservation Area. A sensitive approach to the Planning and Conservation applications was required for the change of use from an art gallery use.

Detailed layout options were developed closely with the client, and photo-realistic visualisations of the shop front were produced to demonstrate a high quality and in-keeping treatment was to be implemented to the exterior. This contributed to all relevant consents being granted under delegated powers.

The light and open plan interior make for a welcoming modern space to the main shop floor, whilst the back of house spaces were converted to form a spacious board room, back of house office space and service areas.
